How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book your portable toilet and bathroom hire months in advance or 24hours prior to delivery date.
How long can I hire for?
At Ozzy Outhouse Hire you have complete control over the duration of your hire. Hire for a night or an entire week it’s up to you.
Can you recommend how many toilets I would need for my event?
When hiring portable toilets for your event Ozzy Outhouse Hire will advise you on the number of toilets or shower units you will require at the time of booking.As a standard guide we recommend;

- Single toilet unit trailer mounted – Suitable for up to 40 people
- Dual toilet unit trailer mounted – Suitable for up to 80 people
- Free standing event toilet units – 1 toilet per 40 people

What factors do I need to consider before booking toilet, shower & bathroom units?
Before making a booking for toilet, shower & bathroom units, there are a number of factors you need to consider to ensure you hire the correct unit. These include:
- Number of people
- Purpose for hire
- Duration of the building work or event
- Access to the property
- Space Builders Toilet Units require 8 meters from the kerb and gutter for the truck to service the toilet fortnightly or weekly

Maintenance & Housekeeping
Are we required to clean the toilet, shower & bathroom units?
Cleaning of all hired units is required prior to pick up. This includes removing personal items from the toilet, shower or mobile bathroom units i.e., toiletries as well as general cleaning of the unit.
What products should I use to clean the toilet, shower & bathroom units?
We recommend using gentle cleaning products such as Shower Power or Spray n Wipe. Please do not use bleach, Domestos or use harsh chemicals in the units.
What if I need someone to empty the toilet?
Builders’ toilet units are serviced fortnightly or weekly. Ozzy Outhouse Hire organises and manages all toilet maintenance services for you. If you have any issues with any of our units, please contact Ozzy Outhouse Hire on (02) 8074 5203.
Does the toilet come with toilet paper/toiletry products?
All toilet and bathroom units are supplied with hand wash soap and toilet paper.
What happens if a guest or contractor damages the toilet, shower & bathroom units?
Any damage to a toilet unit, shower unit or mobile bathroom unit is to be paid by the hirer as per the Hire Agreement.
